Otzenhausen Celtic Park
At the foot of the Celtic Ring Wall of Otzenhausen, in the Celtic Park, an “authentic” Celtic village has been created as it might have looked 2,000 years ago inside the massive fortifications on Mount Dollberg.
A total of 10 residential, trade and storage buildings can be seen which have been recreated based on historical finds. The village is fenced in by an approx. 2-metre-high wooden palisade, which is also based on historical models. The Celtic homestead is designed to give visitors the impression of a settlement unit, in which the life of the Celts, their handicraft techniques and their living conditions are vividly illustrated and reproduced.
Open from 27 March until 1 November; closed in winter.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays: 10 am – 6 pm
Due to construction work: free admission throughout 2021 - donations welcome!
