Bread baking courses at Johann-Adams-Mühle

    Bake bread according to an old recipe in an historical atmosphere – you can experience this and much more by taking part in the baking courses at Johann Adams Mill in Theley. At the mill museum, which has been lovingly restored with original objects and mill machinery, both groups and individuals can watch two bakers prepare crispy fresh bread or learn how to bake it themselves on special courses, from April to October. Not only will you be introduced to bread recipes, but you will also learn lots of interesting facts about the tradition of baking bread and the history of the Johann Adams Mill.
