Bread baking to the old recipe in an historical environment - that can be experienced in the baking-courses in the Johann-Adams-Mühle in Theley. In the Mill Museum, which has been lovingly restored with original furnishings and mill work, can accommodate groups or individuals from April to October, who can look over the shoulders of two bakers during the preparation of fresh crusty bread or learn to do it themselves during special courses. Not only bread recipes are presented, but also everything that is interesting about the tradition of bread baking and the history of the Johann-Adams-Mühle.
