Quality is important to us!

We try to offer you optimal quality. Therefore we stay in close contact to our operators to advise them closely and convince them to become classified. Thus you can be assured to receive the respective quality, facilities and the service promised in your accommodation.

Our holiday flats, homes and private rooms have been voluntarily classified according to the criteria of the DTV, (the German Tourism Association), the hotels according to the criteria of the DeHoGa (German Association of Hotels and Pubs). The operations without star-designation have not or not yet taken part in this classification. No conclusions regarding the quality can be made. Explanation to the classification of holiday flats, houses (F) and private rooms (P)

F/P *
Simple and purposeful furnishing of the object with simple comfort. The basic furnishings are there and in a usable condition. Allowance is made for wear and tear according to age, solid living comfort is present over all.

F/P**
Purposeful and good furnishings with medium comfort. The furnishings must be of good condition with good quality. Functionality is in the foreground with a cared for appearance.

F/P***
Good and habitable furnishings throughout with good comfort. Furnishings of better quality. Optically attractive overall impression, with emphasis placed on decoration and living comfort.

F/P****
High value furnishings throughout with raised comfort. Furnishings of raised and cared for quality. The optical impression is of coordinated forms and materials. Situation and infrastructure of the house are according to higher standards.

F/P*****
First class furnishings with specific extra efforts in the service area and top class infrastructure of the object. Generously furnished in special quality. Very well cared for and exclusive overall impression, with all technical comfort, which includes the object and the surroundings. Very good condition of maintenance and care.

 

Bett & Bike (Bed and Bike) accomodation

All accommodation classified with the Bett & Bike-Logo fulfils the minimum criteria set by the ADFC (German Cyclist’s Association) for “cycle friendly accommodation” and above that offer further amenities.

Qualitätsgastgeber Wanderbares Deutschland (Germany-wide quality control scheme)

The quality seal “Qualitätsgastgeber Wanderbares Deutschland” sets the Germany wide standard for hiking hosts. The accommodation is checked after core criteria and choice criteria. Further information is available under www.wanderbares-deutschland.de

Service Quality Germany

The firms certified according to “Service Quality Germany in the Saarland” have established a quality management in their house to be able to respond to the customer’s wishes in an as ideal as possible manner. Efficient internal working processes as well as continual involvement of the employees belong to the special efforts of these firms. ”ServiceQualität Deutschland“ – Step 1 (ServiceQuality Germany)

The Step 1 firms have put into place and implemented the first step. Focal point is the introduction of service quality in the firm with the integration of all employees with a special view on the guest’s wishes. Basis for the certification is the self appraisal of the firm.

„ServiceQualität Germany“ – Stufe 2

The Step 2 firms have implemented the service quality firmly in that their services have been checked through questioning of employees and customers as well through an external “mystery check”. Basis for the certification is the outside appraisal of the firm.
