The tourist information centre is only mediator between the accommodation and the guest. Therefore we are not liable for any obligations resulting from the contracts mediated or for not correctly submitted entries. The firms providing the accommodation are solely responsible for their correctness and completeness.

The internet offers are corresponding to the state at printing of our yearly catalogues (about 3 months prior to the end of the year). Please take into account that, for factual reasons before the transmission of your booking request, changes in prices and services are possible which for those reasons we have to explicitly reserve the right to change. Of course we will inform you of any changes before the close of the contract. But even so we recommend discussion of the prices and services precisely with the operator before the closure of the contract.

When using an online booking platform, the agreement for use and contractual relationship is exclusively closed between the company and yourself, according to their terms of business. Regarding this booking the Tourist Information Centre Sankt Wendeler Land is neither offering the services, nor travel mediator nor contractual partner in terms of the offered services and shall therefore not be liable for it.

When booking accommodation there is legally no right of withdrawal after the completion of a contract. For that reason we recommend the completion of travel insurance for travel within Germany.
Should you be unable, for serious reasons, for instance illness or accident, to start your journey or you have to end it earlier or later, then the travel insurance protects you from the financial risks:

1. For cancellation of a booked holiday or holiday accommodation, the cancellation fees according to the contract are paid (see Information about: cancellations)
2. The additional travel costs are paid for earlier or later travel, if the costs for travelling to and from were included in the offer.
3. If the holiday has to be stopped, the expenditure for the unused holiday is reimbursed.

The insurance can only be taken out when the holiday or accommodation is booked, the latest however, one week after the booking details are handed over.

Information about: Cancellation 

A cancellation in any case should be in written form.
Cancellation fees are levied according to the legal arrangement.
Following the current law, the compensation rate is for

1. Holiday homes/holiday flats;90 %
2. bed and breakfast 80 %
3. bed and half-board 70 %
4. bed and full-board60 %

of the contractually agreed price.

Please use for completion of the contract the prospectus of the Europäischen Reiseversicherung AG, (European travel insurance) which you can get from the Tourist Information Centre Sankt Wendeler Land.
